Pre-bake the pumpkin in the oven and grind it into a puree using a blender.
Step 3:
Pour boiling water over almonds for 15 minutes, then drain the water. We wash the nuts in cold water, free them from the skins. Dry in the oven, turning it over periodically so that the almonds are evenly dried.
Step 4:
Grind almonds into flour using a coffee grinder or blender. We also get oat flour.
Step 5:
Beat the egg and protein with salt until smooth.
Step 6:
Quench the soda in kefir, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Combine eggs, soda slaked in kefir and pumpkin puree. Mix it up.
Step 8:
Add coconut chips, milk and mix.
Step 9:
Add oatmeal and almond flour.
Step 10:
Knead a homogeneous dough and pour it into a baking dish.
Step 11:
Bake bread at 180 degrees. 30-40 minutes before the dry splinter. The finished bread is allowed to cool completely. Bon appetit!
