Step 1:

Step 3:
Add 10 grams of baking powder and a pinch of salt to 270 grams of flour. Mix it up. Pour the flour into the liquid mass.
Step 4:
Cut the lemon into 2 parts and from one half of the lemon, squeeze the juice into the total mass, through a fine sieve. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
Step 5:
Add chopped cherries to the dough and mix until smooth.
Step 6:
The baking tray in which we will bake, lubricate with butter and pour in the dough. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer or toothpick. The pie is ready! Let's do the glaze.

In 100 grams of powdered sugar, squeeze out the second half of lemon juice and mix until smooth.
Step 8:
Beat the remaining protein from two eggs until stable peaks. When the whites are whipped, without stopping whipping, gradually add a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice. The glaze is ready!
Step 9:
We put the icing on the cake and decorate as desired, I decorated with pomegranate seeds. The pie is ready!
