Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make Men's Dreams Salad with beef? Prepare the specified products. Boil the beef or bake it in advance for 1 hour, then cool it. Boil chicken eggs in boiling salted water for about 12-15 minutes, also cool, peel the shell off them and rinse.
Step 2:
Peel the onion or white onion from the husk, rinse and cut into half rings or cubes, medium cubes. Put it in a deep container, pour apple cider vinegar and leave for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the vinegar will "pull out" from slicing all the bitterness, giving it an apple flavor and aroma. If apple cider vinegar is not available, then use table vinegar, diluting it in cold water.
Step 3:
Disassemble the cooled boiled or baked beef meat with your hands into fibers or cut into cubes. Put it in a deep container.
Step 4:
Add 0.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix. You can lubricate with mayonnaise and when putting the meat in a mold, but when mixed in a separate container with sauce, it becomes juicier and soaked with it.
Step 5:
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. There is no need to mix cheese with mayonnaise - it will act as the top layer in the dish.
Step 6:
Put a salad bowl on a plate. Drain the vinegar from the onion container and mix the onion slices with 0.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Put it in the form. Put a layer of beef on top of the onion layer.
Step 7:
Grate chicken eggs on a fine grater into a deep container, mix with 1 tbsp.l. mayonnaise. If desired, you can add chopped dill or parsley, pre-washed and dried with paper napkins.
Step 8:
Put the egg mass almost to the top in a mold on a layer of beef.
Step 9:
The last layer is grated cheese. Lay it out carefully, without pouring it out of the mold, slightly crushing it with a spoon. Carefully remove the mold.
Step 10:
Decorate the prepared dish with herbs, serve to the table immediately after cooking. If the dish is planned to be served on a festive table, then store all the ingredients for it in the refrigerator, in separate containers, collecting the salad just before serving.
Men's dreams salad with beef - it turns out delicious and juicy, without a spicy onion flavor. Such a dish will become the main highlight of the festive table, only it needs to be collected immediately before the arrival of guests so that the dish keeps its shape when serving. If desired, a layer of grated apple pulp can be added between the onion and meat layers - this will add a zest to the taste of the salad.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
