Step 1:
Wash and peel the apples, you can leave the peel, it will break through well with a blender. Cut the apples into slices not very large.
Step 2:
Put the apples in the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "baking" mode, the time is 40 minutes. Stir the mass every 10 minutes. In the cooking process, add cinnamon.
Step 3:
After the time has elapsed, remove the bowl of the slow cooker, transfer the contents to another bowl, cool, add honey and puree everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 4:
Take baking parchment, grease well with vegetable oil, spread applesauce and level with a spatula. The thickness of the layer should be 5-7 mm.
Step 5:
It can be dried in the oven at a temperature of 100 g. with the door slightly ajar; outdoors or in an electric dryer. Check readiness with your hand, the pastille should not stick to the skin. Cut the finished pastille into strips together with the parchment, roll it up into tubes and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days, then it will be easier to remove it from the parchment. The finished pastille can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
