    Put butter, egg, powdered sugar and salt softened to room temperature in a deep bowl. Stir until smooth.

    Add the sifted flour to the dough together with baking powder. Stir until smooth.

    Roll the dough into a ball and cover with cling film. The dough is ready.

    Proceed to the preparation of the filling. Put the cottage cheese, sour cream and yolk in a bowl. Mix it up.

    Add the sifted flour and mix again until smooth.

    Roll out the dough into a sausage and divide into 6 equal parts (approximately 70 gr. each piece).

    Sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out each piece with a rolling pin, giving it the shape of an oval. Since the edges are not perfectly smooth, you can cut them off with an ordinary kitchen knife or a knife with curly edges.

    Place the finished oval on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put the filling on 1 tbsp.l. on one side. Close the filling with the free half of the dough and press lightly on the sides, but do not pinch.

    Beat 1 yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk and lubricate the juicers before baking, to form a beautiful crust. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Juicers cool and can be served! Bon appetit!
