Step 2:
105 grams of pumpkin and apple cut into cubes. We leave 20 grams of pumpkin for decoration.
Step 3:
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, hercules, sugar, baking powder, spices, salt.
Step 4:
Put the pumpkin and apple in a blender, add the egg, whisk. It is not necessary to bring the puree to the state, there should be small grains in the mass.
Step 5:
We shift the resulting mass into a bowl, add vegetable oil, mix.
Step 6:
Pour in the dry ingredients, knead the dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 7:
Fill the portion molds with dough 2/3 of the height. The remaining pumpkin is cut into small cubes, spread on top of each mold. In the middle of the cake we put a piece of walnut.
Step 8:
Bake cupcakes at 180-200 degrees. about 30 minutes until ruddy. Cool and serve.
