Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for making buns with pumpkin and apple. To do this, I cleaned the pumpkin and apple from seeds and peel in advance and cut into cubes. Baked in the oven.
Step 2:
I pour vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder into the flour mixture.
Step 3:
Put butter at room temperature in the flour and grind with a fork.
Step 4:
Separately, I beat chicken eggs with sugar and sour cream.
Step 5:
Pour in the egg mixture with sugar and sour cream. I mix everything well.
Step 6:
Add baked pumpkin with apple and mix everything again.
Step 7:
On a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat, I spread the finished mixture with a spoon and in the form of buns.
Step 8:
Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for baking until golden brown.
Step 9:
I serve ready-made buns for tea. Have a nice tea party!!!
Combinations of apple and pumpkin is a classic yummy, will not leave anyone indifferent. I didn't use yeast dough. And I made such an assortment of fillings and dough.
