Sift the rest of the flour on the board and put the dough.
Step 9:
Knead this dough - it should be soft and not stick to your hands. It is not necessary to knead for a long time. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If there is no time to wait, you can work with the test immediately.
Step 10:
Dust the board a little with flour. Divide the dough into several parts, depending on what size gingerbread is needed - you can divide it into eight parts, or you can also divide each part in half and there will be small and neat gingerbread.
Step 11:
Roll each piece into a ball with your hands and flatten it slightly. You can leave them round. Roll each gingerbread in powdered sugar.
Step 12:
Put the gingerbread on a baking sheet with parchment. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
