Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for making pies with apricots and raspberries.
Step 2:
I send eggs to the bowl of the dough mixer, add sugar, butter at room temperature, warm milk, yeast, sifted flour and a pinch of salt.
Step 3:
Knead the dough to a homogeneous structure.
Step 4:
I cover the yeast dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise. While the dough for the pies is resting, I peel the apricots from the seeds.
Step 5:
After the dough has stood, increased in volume, I divide it into portions. I roll out one portion of the dough to the desired diameter, put some apricots and raspberries in the center.
Step 6:
Sprinkle with sugar and fasten the edges of the workpiece well, forming pies.
Step 7:
I put the pies on a baking sheet, lubricate them with milk and put them in a preheated oven to 180 degrees to bake for 25-30 minutes, it all depends on the oven.
Step 8:
I put ready-made pies with apricots and raspberries on a dish and serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!
