Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products for baking carrot muffins with orange.
Step 2:
Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Step 3:
I put the softened butter in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar to it, beat it with a mixer until smooth.
Step 4:
Pour in the eggs, mix, add flour baking powder and a pinch of salt to the resulting mixture, mix everything.
Step 5:
At the end, add grated carrots and chopped nuts, mix until smooth.
Step 6:
In silicone molds, I spread the mixture into 1/3 of the mold.
Step 7:
I put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven.
Step 8:
Cooking fudge.
Step 9:
I let the finished muffins cool and take them out of the mold.
Step 10:
I cover muffins with fudge nuts.
