Cooking method
1. Cut the fillet into cubes, add salt and pepper, add sugar, and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the onion into quarter rings, fry in oil until golden brown.
3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 30x20 cm .
4. Put the onion and fish in the middle of the dough.
5. Cut the edges of the dough into oblique strips 2 cm wide on both sides.
6. Weave the strips like a braid, lubricate with egg yolk.
7. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
