Cooking method
1.Pour the whey into the bowl of the bread maker, add salt and sugar, as well as pre-sifted flour.
2. We cut the lard into small cubes, spread half of the portion on flour, and send the rest to the freezer.
3.We make a small recess with our hand, pour dry yeast.
4. Select the "Dough" program, the cooking time is one and a half hours. After the end of the program, we leave the dough for an additional 40 minutes. 
5. Dried fruits are crushed with a knife, chilled butter is cut into cubes.
6. We roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, evenly lay out part of the cubes of butter and lard on it, sprinkle with chopped dried fruits, press lightly with a rolling pin, as if pressing them into the dough.
7. Now we bend the edges of the dough to the center, get a square layer, roll it out again, spread the butter and lard, sprinkle with dried fruits, fold and repeat the algorithm again. At this stage, the envelope will be quite lush.
8. Place a fluffy envelope of dough in a baking dish seam down, leave in a warm place for half an hour.
9. Mix the egg yolk with milk, gently lubricate the cake with the resulting mixture and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 45 minutes.
The pie can be served both warm and cold.
