Mix flour with salt, baking powder, yeast, and sugar.
Step 2:
Add butter and milk.
Step 3:
Knead the dough.
Step 4:
Add a little flour if necessary, put it in a cup and cover with a towel, leave for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
For the filling we take minced meat, potatoes, onion.
Step 6:
Peel the potatoes and cook until tender. Cut the onion finely , fry , then add minced meat, salt . And fry until cooked.
Step 7:
Making the sauce. Put the frying pan on the fire. Melt butter with vegetable oil. Add a spoonful of flour. Bring it to a slightly cinnamon color. Gradually add 20% cream. And cook the sauce until thickened, salt to taste.
Step 8:
That's about how it should be.
Step 9:
Now mix it with minced meat.
Step 10:
The potatoes are cooked, we will salt the water and cover it. Add butter to taste. So we will have minced meat, potatoes, a mixture for rolling (mix flour with starch), and a mixture for lubricating samsa (mix vegetable oil with butter). Everything should be warm, not hot.
Step 11:
The dough has rested. We take it and grind it again. We divide it into 8-9 parts. We form balls , put them on a board, cover with a towel, leave for 15 minutes.
Step 12:
Now we take each ball, dip it in a mixture with starch. And roll it out slightly.
Step 13:
Then we roll out 4 pieces together. Diameter up to 25-30 cm. We divide them one by one.
Step 14:
Now we take a flatbread. Lubricate the middle with oil. And turn the cake over. Next, put a spoonful of potatoes and minced meat on top.
Step 15:
Now we are collecting such a bag.
Step 16:
Twist the top. The base remains stationary. And we straighten the top, it turns out a skirt. We make beautiful folds.
Step 17:
Now we take it in our hands and bend the edges. We lubricated the bottom with oil, so that everything would stick well. You can still spread butter under the last one.
Step 18:
This is how samsa turns out. We also do everything with the rest of the test.
Step 19:
We put it on a sheet of paper. Preheat the oven to 200g. Bake for 25 minutes. Before baking, lubricate the top with a mixture of oil.
Step 20:
