Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix flour with sugar and baking powder.
Step 2:
Add cold margarine.
Step 3:
Grind everything into crumbs and divide into two equal parts.
Step 4:
Add vanilla and half a tablespoon of milk to half of the crumbs. Quickly knead and assemble the dough into a ball.
Step 5:
Pour instant coffee and half a tablespoon of milk into the remaining crumbs. Also form the dough.
Step 6:
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the table well with flour and roll out the dough in layers 3 millimeters thick.
Step 8:
Put coffee dough on vanilla, cut a circle and cut into triangles.You can add layers and vice versa.
Step 9:
Roll up the bagels. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
I took Nescafe coffee for the recipe, hence the name, 3 in 1 with caramel flavor, but you can take it with any other taste.
