Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Step 3:
Pour yeast into kefir, mix.
Step 4:
Add raw egg and salt.
Step 5:
Pour out half the flour and stir.
Step 6:
Pour the melted butter.
Step 7:
Add flour and knead the dough. Leave in the heat for 1 hour.
Step 8:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
Pour carrots and sugar into a frying pan with water. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the raw egg and stir quickly.
Step 10:
Knead the dough with your hands, roll out and cut out circles. Spread out the filling.
Step 11:
Pinch the edges and put the pies seam down on a baking sheet or in a mold.
Step 12:
The pies are baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Grease hot pies with butter. Bon appetit!
