Cooking method
1. Pour flour, baking powder and corn bran into a bowl, mix.
2. In a separate container, break the eggs, beat with a fork.
3. Pour kefir and egg mass into the flour mixture, mix.
4. Add sugar, orange zest and coconut chips to the dough, mix thoroughly again. 
5. We put the dough into the cupcake molds, filling them 3/4 of the total volume, send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.
We serve it on the table with tea or milk, very tasty!
