Grease the cake pan with butter and dust with flour or semolina.

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Mix granulated sugar in a separate bowl with cocoa powder.

Pour the granulated sugar mixed with cocoa into a saucepan with melted butter. Pour the cream there, add salt and vanilla. Mix everything well.
Step 6:
Put the saucepan on a small fire and, stirring, bring the contents to a boil. The icing and the base of the cupcake are ready! After that, remove the saucepan from the fire, pour 13-14 tablespoons of GLAZE into a separate cup and put it aside. Pour the rest into a bowl, where we will knead the dough for the cake and let it cool.
Step 7:
We drive eggs into the cooled mass and beat lightly with a whisk. Add soda, previously slaked with vinegar.
Step 8:
Sift flour into the resulting mass and mix well. We also send chopped nuts and raisins there. Mix well again.
Step 9:
This is how thick sour cream, the dough should turn out.
Step 10:
Pour the prepared dough into the mold and send it to the preheated oven. Bake the cupcake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Maybe longer, it all depends on the oven.

When the cake is baked and thoroughly browned, we remove it from the oven and put it on a dish still hot.
Step 12:
And now we are getting to the most crucial moment! Another hot cupcake needs to be coated with a glaze cast in a separate cup. Part of the glaze will soak into the cupcake, and part will remain on the surface of the cupcake. After that, you need to cool the cupcake to room temperature.
Step 13:
Sprinkle the cooled cupcake with powdered sugar and decorate with chocolate chips. That's it, our chocolate cupcake is ready and already beckons with its wonderful aroma!
