Cooking method
1. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled from the shell, grated or finely chopped with a knife.
2. Green onions are washed. We transfer it to a towel and dry it a little, then finely chop it.
Mix onion with egg. Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add various herbs, such as dill or parsley.
3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour a little sour dough, spread the filling and pour the rest of the dough.
4. Put in a preheated oven and cook over medium heat for about half an hour. As the surface is browned, we take it out of the oven. Our pie with egg and green onion on sour dough is ready!
