Cooking method
1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips. Then we wind the dough strips into cone shapes, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
2. I cook the cream in the microwave:
- choose a convenient container, break eggs into it, pour sugar, cocoa, flour and starch;
- slowly pour the milk, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps;
- place the container in the microwave and cook at the highest power for 5 minutes (every minute we take the cream out of the microwave and mix it with a whisk, each time the cream will acquire a denser consistency);
- add softened butter to the cream, mix, cover with cling film, leave until completely cooled;
- beat the cooled cream with a mixer, the mass will become airy.
Fill the tubes with cream, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve on the table!
