Cooking method
Break raw eggs, pour sugar into eggs, mix well or beat with a mixer.

Turn on the oven to the maximum to heat up.
Cut the apples finely or coarsely, as you like. And add to the dough. Mix it up.
Grease the protven with olive oil and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs. Pour the dough into a baking tray and shove it into the oven. The temperature is 180 degrees, keep in the oven for 40 minutes.
For a festive look, you can anoint with chocolate cream from the top.
Pour a bag of chocolate cream into a saucepan, pour a glass of cold water, mix well to get a homogeneous mass. Cook on fire, stirring until it begins to boil. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 3-5 minutes. Let cool and spread the cake.
