Cooking method
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, heat it on fire.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the warm milk, mix.
3. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, make a small depression in the center and pour in milk with vegetable oil and soda, quenched with vinegar.
4. Knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
5. Roll out the dough into a layer, about 3 cm thick, squeeze out the circles with a glass.
6. In round shapes (I use ordinary frying pans), lined with parchment, we spread the dumplings and send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a beautiful blush.
Ready-made pampushki are very tasty if you rub them with garlic and pour melted butter, but it's all optional.
