Cooking method
Pour the warmed milk into a bowl, add butter and egg, mix. Pour dry yeast, sugar and salt, sift flour and knead a soft dough. We give the test to come up within one hour.
Roll out the dough into a large layer (you can divide it into a couple of parts to make it easier to work). We cut out circles with a glass, put a cherry in the center for each circle, sprinkle with sugar, pinch the pies.
We line the baking sheet with parchment and place the pies on it, keeping a distance. We break the egg into a cup, shake it with a fork, lubricate the pies. We send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes (you can do it for 20 minutes, we focus on ruddiness).
We serve pies with a glass of milk. Bon appetit!
