Cooking method
First knead the dough:
1. In a deep bowl, break the eggs.
2. Add salt to the eggs, pour water and mix thoroughly.
3. Sift the flour. Pour it into the liquid mixture in parts, kneading the dough. Depending on the quality of the flour, it may need a little more or a little less. The dough should turn out to be quite steep, dense and at the same time quite obedient.
4. Leave the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes under a towel, and at this time take care of the filling.
So, we are preparing the filling:
1. Put the minced meat in a deep container.
2. Pour in the broth, vinegar, spices and salt.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add to the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix everything well - the filling is ready.
Moving on to the final stage of cooking:
1. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a round thin layer.
2. Put the filling on half of each layer, distribute it evenly and cover with the second side of the dough.
3. Place the formed miracles on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes (until they turn brown).
5. Brush the hot and fragrant tortillas with a piece of butter and serve until the treat has cooled down.
Bon appetit!
