Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 h

1. Cooking cakes.

Soften the butter in the microwave (or just at room temperature), put it in a bowl, add sugar and sour cream, as well as baking powder. Rub the mass with a spoon until smooth.

At this stage, we divide the mass into two equal parts and gradually introduce flour (half a portion) into one part of the dough, and flour (the remaining portion) and cocoa powder into the other. We knead two dough - they should be soft and elastic.

Roll out 3-4 cakes from each dough. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 7 minutes.

2. Now we turn to the cream.

Prepare the cream by whipping sour cream with sugar. The cream is simple, but very tasty. We smear the cooled cakes with cream, alternating chocolate with white. And thus we collect the cake.

3. The most interesting stage is decoration.

In order to cover the cake, we will need icing. Pour the milk into a saucepan, pour sugar and cocoa, send it to the fire. Bringing the mass to a boil, add butter, cook for 1-2 minutes. Cool the glaze to room temperature and cover the cake with it. We give the glaze to "grab" in the refrigerator for half an hour and proceed to further manipulations, or rather, draw a bear cub.

To do this, melt the white chocolate in the microwave, add vegetable oil, mix. The resulting cocktail is loaded into a syringe and with its help we draw art. You can help with a toothpick - so the picture will be more beautiful.

Ice and northern lights will be made from sugar-protein glaze. To do this, beat the proteins with powdered sugar, adding lemon juice at the very end. We divide the mass into parts and add food dyes. That's it, the palette is ready - you can let your imagination run wild! We finish the art with a pastry sprinkle in the form of stars.

Let the cake stand, let the cakes soak for as long as we can (at least 3-4 hours) and gather at the table for a tea party! Enjoy your health!
