Cooking method
Put margarine in a bowl, add regular and vanilla sugar, salt and sour cream. Sift the flour together with baking powder, knead the dough until smooth. Now it needs to be frozen. To do this, roll the dough into a ball, wrap it with cling film, and send it to the freezer for 20 minutes.
We pass the finished dough through a meat grinder, cutting off the "minced meat" every 5-6 cm and spreading it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake cookies at 180 degrees for half an hour. We extract the finished products, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Ready-made cookies are served for tea.
