Cooking method
Everything is insanely simple. Mix all dry ingredients (except poppy seeds). Add oil and water. Knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put baking paper or a silicone mat on the protven (be careful with the paper, the loaves may stick). Roll out the cake thinly (2-3 mm). I distributed the dough with my hands.
Put in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut into lozenges or triangles and put in the oven for 30 minutes at the same temperature.
Reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and dry the loaves in the oven for 30 minutes.
Delicious! Crispy! We ate with avocado cream. I chopped 1 ripe avocado with 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp mustard (sweet), 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a blender. The cream recipe has not been published as a separate recipe, because there are a lot of similar recipes.
