Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar are ground.

Knead the soft dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Cover the baking sheet with oiled parchment paper. One part of the dough is rolled out in a uniform layer. I did it right away on parchment.

Now the filling. Apples are cleaned, cut into thin slices.
Step 8:
Lay out the apple slices on the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Step 9:
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the second part of the dough of the same shape as the lower layer.
Step 10:
Using a rolling pin, we transfer the rolled layer to the apple filling.
Step 11:
We pinch the edges of the pie. Grease the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Step 12:
Bake a pie at 180 degrees. about 30 minutes until golden brown.
