To prepare this delicious dish, follow the instructions:
1. Rinse the inside and outside of the oven under running water.
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, crushed garlic, mustard, salt and spices.
3. Rub the carcass with the resulting mixture from all sides, as well as inside.
4. Fill the inside with apples, pre-cutting them into halves or slices (depending on the size). Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
