Another wonderful recipe for cheeks. It's definitely worth a try! The other day I came across a recipe for cooking a cheek in my sleeve. After a morning trip to the market and buying everything necessary, culinary experiments began. Despite the fact that the recipe is new, everything turned out quite well. Everyone really liked the result!

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

First of all, we wash the cheek, scald with garlic, salt and add pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and, putting the cheek in the sleeve, send it to bake.

The cooking time will take about an hour. We are guided by color. When the piece is browned, you can get it. And if you cut the sleeve 10 minutes before the end of baking, the cheek will have an appetizing crust.

Cut the sleeve. Remove the cheek and cut into pieces.
