1. To begin with, rub the yolks with sugar, butter and cottage cheese.
2. Add soda, slaked with lemon juice, flour and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough well, roll out and cut out circles from it with a cup. We lay out three pieces in overlap. We roll them into a tube and cut them into two parts with a knife.
