Cooking method
So let's get started!
If necessary, defrost, peel the fish from the scales, cut out the gills. Make an incision along the abdomen and remove the insides. Rinse the carcass thoroughly and dry it. Pour plenty of lemon juice, salt, pepper, add your favorite spices. Make incisions on the carcass.
Take a baking dish (or baking tray), line it with foil, which, in turn, smear with butter. Put the fish on foil, stuff it with chopped herbs. Insert lemon circles into the slots, put a couple of circles inside to the greens.
Wrap the foil and put the fish in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the fish in portions with a side dish of rice or salad.
Bon appetit!
