Cooking method
We make the filling: combine cottage cheese, eggs, chopped dill, salt, mix well.
Making the dough: mix vegetable oil, egg, water, salt. Whisk with a whisk. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and leave to rest under the food film for 30-40 minutes.
When the dough has rested, lubricate it with vegetable oil and divide it into three parts. We roll out each part more along the edges, retreating from the middle. We pull it out with our hands until it becomes transparent.
We spread the filling, retreating from the edge, and turn the vertu into an envelope. Spread the rolled skewers on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil or covered with parchment paper. Lubricate the top with vegetable oil.
Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 35 minutes, periodically watering the skewers with oil (2 times).
