Cooking method
1. Chop the onion into small cubes and passer until translucent in olive oil.
2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and add it to the spasered onion. Fry until golden brown.
3. Roll out the dough into a pancake with a thickness of 5 mm and a diameter three times the diameter of the cheese head.
4. Cut the Camembert lengthwise into two parts and spread the lower part on the middle of the pancake from the dough.
5. Spread the onion and bacon evenly on top of the half of the cheese, cover with the top of the cheese.
6. Divide the dough from the edge of the cheese to the edge of the pancake with a knife into 8 equal parts.
7. For each of the 8 parts of the dough, we round the corners with a knife in the shape of flower petals.
8. We wrap each petal on top of the cheese, smearing them with egg yolk one by one on top. With the last petal, we smear all the dough on top and along the edges with yolk, sprinkle with herbs.
9. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes.
