Cooking method
To start, prepare the dough:
1. Mix two types of flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl or bowl of a combine.
2. Then add water in parts and knead a thick dough.
3. Let the dough rest for ten minutes.
4. Then add vegetable oil and knead the dough for a minute.
5. Lubricate a clean bowl with oil, put the dough into it and leave it under the lid in the refrigerator for 1-3 days, after which the dough will be ready.
When the dough is ready, we make the filling and bake the pizza:
6. We put the oven on preheating to 230 degrees.
7. Roll out the dough with your hands into a pancake with a diameter of 30 cm.
8. Mix olive oil with crushed garlic and cover the pizza with this mixture on top, leaving the dough dry for 2 cm along the edge of the pancake.
9. We distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire pizza area, season with an Italian mixture of herbs, if necessary - with salt.
10. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes (until the cheese starts to boil and the pizza is browned on the edge).
11. Let the pizza cool slightly before serving for 5-10 minutes.
