Combine cottage cheese with egg, sugar, softened butter and mix.

Add the slaked soda and flour. The amount of flour depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese, so you should not pour out all the flour at once. 1.25 cups was enough for me. The dough is soft, slightly sticky. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour.

Roll out immediately on a greased baking sheet. I cut the cake on a plate of the desired diameter, but I think it's better to do it after baking the cake. Then the cut edges of the cakes will be softer.

Bake each cake at 180-200 degrees. 8-10 minutes until golden brown. The cake trimmings can still be browned, then crushed and used to decorate the cake.

For the cream, mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla.

Pre-wash and soak the prunes until soft. Finely chop it.
