Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Grate the oil from the freezer.
Step 3:
Add sugar and mix.
Step 4:
Then enter the beaten egg and orange zest. Mix well.
Step 5:
Gradually add flour. Flour may need a little more or less.
Step 6:
You should get a soft uncool dough. Wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Lightly lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and roll out our dough into a rectangular layer 0.5 cm thick. You can make one big pie. I decided to make 2 small pies.
Step 8:
Peel the apple, cut into thin slices.
Step 9:
Along the layer, in the middle part, lay out the apple slices.
Step 10:
Sprinkle them evenly with washed raisins. Sprinkle a little sugar on top (to taste, depending on the sweetness of the apple).
Step 11:
With a knife, we cut the edges of the dough layer in the form of ribbons, intertwine them so that they cover the filling.
Step 12:
Lubricate the top of the pie with whipped yolk and send it to a preheated 200 deg. bake for about 20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Step 13:
This is such a fragrant pie we got. Cut into portions, let it cool down and call everyone to drink tea!
Step 14:
Bon appetit!
