Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater.

Add semolina, sour cream and sugar. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Beat the eggs lightly with a mixer and add to the apple mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5:
To make it easier to take out the finished cupcakes-puddings from the molds, I put an oiled circle of parchment on the bottom of each and also smeared the sides with vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Fill the prepared molds with apple mass and put them in heated to 180 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. We check the readiness with a splinter.
