Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For cakes, beat eggs with sugar. Separately mix sour cream and condensed milk and mix together with eggs and sugar. Add the sifted flour with slaked soda, mix until smooth. Add the chopped walnuts, mix. Divide the dough into 2 parts. We leave one like that.
Step 2:
Add cocoa to the other one.
Step 3:
I needed a big cake, so I did it right on the baking sheets.
Step 4:
Gently smeared the dough. So I got 4 cakes.
Step 5:
Everyone has different ovens, in the recipe from which I made it is written to bake each cake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, but my cakes are thin and they were baked for about 15 minutes and my oven is "beast", it was enough and 150 degrees. Softened butter is whipped with a mixer, gradually pouring in condensed milk, whisk until smooth. We put it in the refrigerator while the cakes are being prepared.
Step 6:
We impregnate the finished cakes with sweet syrup.
Step 7:
We assemble our cake, smearing with cream. Since I was doing it for the first time and did not know how my roses would fall, I decided to play it safe and added dye to the cream, so to speak, disguise it under the leaves, but as it turned out, the flowers lay down tightly and nothing shone through. we put it in the refrigerator so that the cream hardens.
Step 8:
We take out, align additionally, someone takes a hot knife. but I was already doing well.
Step 9:
We take our harvested roses on toothpicks, I added a step-by-step recipe earlier.
Step 10:
I also made green buds for our roses, but it turned out to be useless too, they are still not visible in the bouquet.
Step 11:
And insert our roses with toothpicks directly into the cake.
Step 12:
Add leaves.
Step 13:
We make light green mastic, I took a package of marshmallows 200gr. it is for this coating. For the color, I mixed 2 colors, green and yellow. Roll out with a rolling pin, NOT THINLY! I also have a curly rolling pin, but the drawing is poorly fixed on home mastic, you will need to remember this)))
Step 14:
We cover our cake, smooth it out.
Step 15:
Add our prepared bow, the step-by-step recipe is also in my book separately.
Step 16:
What kind of flowers and without a card, I was asked to write exactly that, ngo because you can be more original)))
Step 17:
The cake is assembled, but something is missing ...))
Step 18:
Top view))) And to make our cake shine, we dilute honey and vodka in equal parts, take a brush and go ahead!))) I took pictures already at night, so the pictures are not bright.
Step 19:
This photo is in the afternoon, at least the real color is visible here)))
Step 20:
In all angles)))
Step 21:
Bon appetit!!!!!!!
Together with the mastic, the cake turned out to be 3.8 kg., although it was planned for 3 kg))
Enjoy your appetite and have a good festive mood!!!!
