Zucchini, if necessary, peel and grate on a coarse grater, add salt, leave for 10 minutes, let the liquid drain.
Beat eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder. Mix everything, add zucchini and finely chopped (or grated) smoked sausage.
Spread the mass into oiled molds (it turns out 8 pieces) and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 210 degrees. Delicious!
