Step 1:
Take the butter at room temperature and beat well with sugar for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Add the egg one at a time and continue to beat.
Step 3:
Add vanilla and gradually knead the flour, pre-mixed with baking powder.
Step 4:
Add milk.
Step 5:
Divide the dough into two parts. In one part, add cocoa powder and mix.
Step 6:
Fill the form with dough. I have a form of 6 pieces per 100 grams each. Half white, half chocolate dough.
Step 7:
Gently mix lightly with a thin knife. Then we put pieces of chocolate in the middle of the dough.
Step 8:
We put it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
Take out and let the cupcakes cool down before we remove them from the molds.
