Cooking method
Choose plums that are not very large and not too juicy (juicy ones let the juice and bake at the edges).
Beat the butter with 3/4 tbsp. sugar. (you can use a mixer, you can just grind with a spoon)
Add eggs, mix.
Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with flour, lay out the dough, smooth it out. Divide the plums into halves. From above, without pressing, spread out the halves of the plums.
Mix the remaining sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon.
And sprinkle with the resulting plum mixture. Put in a well-heated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
