Step 1:

Add flour and knead a smooth homogeneous dough. Control the amount of flour. You may need more (or less), it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. The dough should not stick to your hands.
Step 7:
On a table dusted with flour, roll out the dough into a layer, 5 millimeters thick, cut out cookies with a mold.
Step 8:
The baking sheet can be oiled, you can lay parchment paper, I use a silicone baking mat. We spread our cookies. We send it to the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 9:

You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top, since we did not put a lot of sugar in the dough, they are not very sweet.
