Step 1:
Ingredients for making cookies.
Step 2:
Add baking powder and butter at room temperature to the sifted flour.Grind into a crumb.
Step 3:
Add sugar, honey, eggs to the crumbs. Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Step 4:
Wrap the dough in foil and leave for an hour at room temperature (we do not send it to the refrigerator!)
Step 5:
Put dough balls on parchment a little smaller than a walnut.Be sure to leave a sufficient distance between them. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes (look at your oven). A prerequisite is not to go far away! As soon as the cookies begin to turn golden, we take them out, otherwise we will get crackers instead of soft crumbly cookies.
