Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To start, prepare all the ingredients. Heat the water to 36-40 degrees.
Step 2:
Sift the flour. In a bowl, give half the flour, add dry yeast, bran, salt, sugar and warm water. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Gradually add the second half of the flour, stirring constantly, until you get a soft dough and it stops sticking to your hands. Sometimes, depending on the type of flour, the dough can absorb it a little more or a little less. Cover with a towel and let it come up in a warm place for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Step 4:
When the dough has increased in volume by 2 times - once again thoroughly crush it. Put it in a mold, pre-greasing it with sunflower oil. With this amount of products, I get 2 loaves of bread.
Step 5:
Let the test come up for 40-50 minutes. Lubricate with water and send it to a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 55-60 minutes .
Step 6:
Cover the hot bread with a towel and let it cool. Bon appetit!
