Cut vegetables arbitrarily, chicken too.
Next, put the meat and vegetables with spices in a jar in layers.
A layer of meat, add salt, a few peas of pepper, a bay leaf, then a layer of vegetable mixture, and so on.
Do not add liquid to the jar with chicken, it will be baked in our own juice.
Cover the jar with a new tin lid without a rubber band and put the jar in a cold oven on the grill. So that the jar fits in height.
Then turn on the oven, on medium heat, simmer for 1.5 hours.
