Cooking method
Chicken fillet cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm.
Add paprika, gelatin, salt, pepper, dried dill and crushed garlic.
Mix.
Leave for 30 minutes.
Then put the fillet into a baking sleeve, roll it up like a candy, make a small incision to release steam.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 1 hour.
Do not remove the finished dish from the sleeve, cool, then cool until the gelatin solidifies.
Before serving, remove the sleeve, transfer the meat nut to a dish covered with lettuce leaves and serve, sliced.
