Cooking method

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it.
Cut and beat with a hammer.
Coat the chicken fillet with olive oil and salt (1/2 tsp.).
Next, using tube molds and pastry thread, roll the chicken fillet into tubes.
Roll the chicken tubes in breadcrumbs and put them in a form greased with olive oil.
Put in a preheated oven to 220 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.
Prepare the filling.
Wash the dill and red pepper and chop finely.
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Add dill, pepper and kefir to the cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Get the finished chicken tubes out of the oven, free them from the molds and thread.
Fill with filling.
