Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Dilute yeast in warm water until foam appears.
Step 2:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add baking powder, vanilla to taste, mix everything well. Pour in warm milk.
Step 3:
Pour this mixture into the diluted yeast.
Step 4:
Add flour. Add the melted butter.
Step 5:
Knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 6:
Knead, remove to a warm place for at least 1 more hour. Then, on a floured table, knead the dough again. The dough should be soft, it may even stick to your hands, but just a little.
Step 7:
Roll the sausage out of the dough, cut it into pieces and make small balls out of the dough pieces.
Step 8:
Roll out each ball into a thin cake. Put the filling in the middle of the tortillas.
Step 9:
Then make pies.
Step 10:
Put the products on a greased baking sheet, or on greased baking paper. Grease them with beaten egg.
Step 11:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180g.
Step 12:
The filling can be any, of your choice. I made meat pies. Enjoy your meal!
