Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products for making cookies. Sift the flour.
Step 2:
In a deep bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, soda and egg into a homogeneous mass. Soda does not need to be extinguished separately with vinegar, - sour cream will extinguish.
Step 3:
Add cinnamon to the flour (if you want to get a bright creamy vanilla taste of cookies, replace it with vanilla), salt. Mix everything well.
Step 4:
Add flour in parts, stirring so that no lumps form.
Step 5:
The prepared dough should be tender, soft. We put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 6:
Then roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer on a work surface lightly sprinkled with flour. We cut out cookies with a glass or molds. The remains of the dough are collected in a lump and rolled out again, and again cut out the cookies.
Step 7:
We spread the finished cookies at a small distance from each other on a baking sheet covered with baking paper greased with vegetable oil. Each cookie is smeared with jam or jam. And you can lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with cinnamon (if you did not add it to the dough) or sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove the finished cookies from the baking sheet and let cool.
Step 9:
Put the cookies in a bowl and brew tea. Bon appetit!
