Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients for the filling.
Step 2:
Broccoli is disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in salted water for 3-4 minutes. We throw it on a sieve and let it cool down.
Step 3:
Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil until the mushrooms are ready.
Step 4:
While the broccoli and mushrooms are cooling, let's do the dough.
Step 5:
Add eggs and salt to kefir. Mix it up.
Step 6:
Add flour, knead a smooth homogeneous dough. Add soda (I do not extinguish it beforehand, but the choice is yours). Mix it up.
Step 7:
If desired, add some fresh herbs.
Step 8:
At the bottom of the form we spread part of the dough (about half). Put mushrooms and onions on the dough.
Step 9:
Spread broccoli on top.
Step 10:
Cover with the rest of the dough and bake at 180 C for about 30-40 minutes. Let cool and serve. Bon appetit!
