Broccoli and mushroom pie

Delicious and homely cozy pie. Help yourself! A very easy-to-prepare pie. It turns out delicious and tender. Mushrooms and broccoli give the pie juiciness. If desired, you can add a little meat to the broccoli and mushrooms filling, you will get a more satisfying option - the male half will definitely like it :)

    Broccoli is disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in salted water for 3-4 minutes. We throw it on a sieve and let it cool down.

    Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil until the mushrooms are ready.

    While the broccoli and mushrooms are cooling, let's do the dough.

    Add eggs and salt to kefir. Mix it up.

    Add flour, knead a smooth homogeneous dough. Add soda (I do not extinguish it beforehand, but the choice is yours). Mix it up.

    At the bottom of the form we spread part of the dough (about half). Put mushrooms and onions on the dough.
